5. Marie Radigonde (Seconde) JALBERT was born and baptized on 13 Aug 1831 in St-Patrice Church, Rivière-du-Loup, Québec. (16) Her godparents were Edward Lévesque (husband of her mom Luci Vaillancourt's sister Monique) and Apolline Vaillancourt. She appeared two times in the 1850 US census: Once, as Dagon LeBarre, in Hancock Plantation, living with her parents Edward and Lucy; the census taker visited this home on August 27th (1850 US Census, Aroostook Co., Maine, Hancock Plantation, p.126a, line 25).  She appears a second time, as Segond Thibedeaux, in Township 17, Range 9, living with husband Alec; the census there was taken on September 30th.(1850 US Census, Aroostook Co., Maine, T.17, R.9, p.167a, lines 32-33) In between these two visits, she was married to Eli Thibodeau, on September 9, and moved into her own household, in T.17, R.9 (thanks to Jean Y. Albert for drawing my attention to this).  She died on 26 Nov 1910 in St. Francis, Maine. She was buried 28 Nov 1910 in Rivière-du-Loup, Québec.(136)

She was married to Eli THIBODEAU (son of David THIBODEAU and Celeste CYR) on 9 Sep 1850 in Ste-Luce Church, Frenchville, Maine.
